At Skew Gal, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience, including hassle-free shipping for our valued customers. Here are the details of our shipping policy: 

Domestic (United States) Shipping:

  Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. 

Delivery Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (sent to info@skewgal.com), allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

  International Shipping: 

Shipping Fee: For international orders, there is a flat shipping fee of $25 USD.

  Delivery Time: International delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Customs processing and other factors outside our control may influence delivery times.

  Customs and Duties: Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by their country's customs department upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. 

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email (sent to info@skewgal.com) once your international order is shipped, allowing you to track your package's journey. 

Order Processing:  Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.  Orders placed before our daily cutoff time (typically 12:00 PM EST) will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. 

Address Accuracy:  Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. Skew Gal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
